If we confirm the service, I’ll send you a questionnaire so you can tell me general information about the cats, and we’ll arrange a day to do a pre-visit (free of charge).

During this pre-visit, we’ll meet each other, I’ll get to know the cats, and we’ll expand on any information you consider important to mention.

Then you already know how everything works, and I’d be happy to check my availability and visit your cats whenever you need me to.
